This location only - I am part of the Aldo crew and was shocked at the lack of customer service. Plenty of staff on the floor it was a mystery as to why I in particular was ignored. Not even a greeting. Coquitlam centre location works with way less staff and a much higher level of customer awareness.

The customer service at this location is bad. Two of the staff were complaining about a customer even though there were still other customers in the store. I found the shoes I wanted, the display shoe was my size but it was quite shop worn so I asked her if she had another pair in the back. She said no without even at least pretending to check but it was the manner in which she said it. You'd think I asked if I could heat up a tuna melt in their store and eat it behind the counter.

Kiana was incredibly helpful. The shoes I wanted were not in stock at the Park Royal store so she found them at another store and put them on hold. Friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Paid $120 for boots. After 3 months there was a huge crack in the sole of one boot. Wore them maybe twice a week in 3 months? They said that this was just 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do for me as it was after the 30 day period. Never shopping here again

If i could rate this store and staff for zero i definitely would. I bought a shoe in the store and it was a high heel Size 9 and i usally go for size 10 i make sure that i could do return if i tried it at home and she said yes so i got the shoe unfortunately the shoe that they gave to me was the display one and i didn't pay attention to the dirty flat and already worn heels which later on i realized it was damaged as well and they sold it to me like that , i didn't wear the shoe for 5 minutes i put it back into the box and decided to return the item. I went to to the store and it's funny cause they claimed that i wore that shoe and damaged it and they didn't wanted to return it , not to mention the attitude and the worse customer service that i've could get from the manager, i also went to the pacific centre location and the lady wasn't even listening to my complains, i worked in customer service myself for more than 3 years and i was just furious and disappointed that they would treat their customer like that and sell me damage display shoe and blame it on the customer, i made my complain to customer service which i don't think it did anything and the next day i get this email from district manager which AGAIN I was the one who was blamed for the damage shoe that they sold to me. Im honestly disappointed of my exprience i would never go back to Aldo and buy anything from it and i don't recommend it at all, i wish they all learn about customer service the right way cause that's the key to retail!!!Just reminder : if your buying something make sure that it's not damage or worn and from display. Definitely not recommending this place.

I was in here two days ago and the young lady was just a treasure to talk to. The sales are great right now, and I found some walking shoes. Her name started with a T! 46696662 but besides finding Aldo's great quality shoe the staff today was top notch. Do shop here!

Always great service from this store! I highly love the fact that they care to have real conversations and make great recommendations. The ladies Tamara and Kiana were my favourites to have help me out!

I’ve been to the store to look for new shoes. One of the staff came to ask if I needed help. I thought that would be nice, but it was totally opposite. The staff was favoritism. I tried to describe the type of shoes that I want to buy. I thought she would give me some suggestions. She said they don’t have it in store and also online with an attitude like she didn’t want to help me at all, and she told me to go to the another store. She didn’t even let me say anything and ended up saying β€œhave a good day” to talk and help the another customer in store.
