it was my worth shopping experience. overpriced and i could buy the same furniture piece in other stores with better price even in cb2 and bay and be careful about their 15% restocking fee ,there is no full return if even you cannot fit sofa in you elevator. somehow you are hooked with theme with store credit and they are forcing you to buy something you don't like. I hope it's not their strategy not letting customers know about these stuff and making easy extra money.

Our consultant Meggie was very enthusiastic and delightful to work with. She was helpful with suggestions and options. The ordering was straight-forward and painless. Our sectional arrived in the time-frame (8 weeks) predicted. It looked beautiful! And the delivery team was very courteous and professional, and they took the time to set up the sectional to exactly how we wanted it to be positioned. I also came down on a separate occasion to purchase some outdoor dining cushions and Meggie helped me then too. LOVE the colour and detailing of the turquoise outdoor dining cushions!!

Negar at Park Royal was great to work with. She was patient and friendly and really took her time with us to make sure we bought the right sofa for our family. Because we live on Bowen Island they even extended a sale price for us to allow me time to get back to the store to make my final decision .The customer service at this store is excellent and was definitely one of the main reasons why we chose to buy our living room set here. We'll be back! Thank you for all your help.

I am tremendously disappointed with the customer service provided at this particular location. I called to inquire about the status of my order and the staff at the store hung up on me mid-sentence. Conversely, staff at the Granville location went above and beyond to help me solve my issue (even though I purchased through the Park Royal location).

Not the best shopping experience, you have an employee with no manners. I went to look at furniture yesterday. A woman who worked there sat down in front of me, covered the dining table with papers, and started working while I was looking at the table. She saw me and didn’t greet me, she just started working. I couldn’t get a look at the furniture.

My wife and I shopped at the West Vancouver store where we were assisted by Seppi, who was very helpful to us to find exactly what we were looking for. Shopping at Urban Barn has been a most refreshing experience!

Terrible. Absolutely appalling service. My husband and I were visiting a different location on Black Friday and fell in love with the Tamlyn lamp. That particular store was out of stock and we requested a stock check at our β€œhome store” of Park Royal. We called this Park Royal location to confirm they had it and to either put it on hold or pay for it over the phone to secure the Black Friday discounted price. We were told that it was no problem; the lamp was in stock, and they would hold it for us and honour the discounted rate. Today we visit the location to pick up the lamp. The first sales rep cuts me off about half a dozen times to interject about an β€œonline order” or a β€œpre-paid pick-up” before finally letting me explain this situation. She disappears into the back and returns to say that there is no lamp on hold for us. Perhaps the manager will let us take the floor model? The manager Sepideh comes over to say again that they do not have the Tamlyn lamp in stock. She offers us the floor model β€œat a discount”. When I ask what the discount is and explain that we were supposed to get the Black Friday discount she looks utterly confused and says there is no way they would ever do that. Don’t I know Black Friday is over? What kind of service is this? There is no responsibility. The sales reps are raising their voices at us and not even trying to rectify the situation. Thank you Urban Barn for perfectly illustrating how NOT to run a store, work in retail, or behave in customer service.

I had been looking for the perfect accent chair to compliment my new living room furniture and had been to Urban Barn many times over the past few months. I finall narrowed down the style(swivel rocker), but could not find a fabric that would work with my new living room furniture. I was delighted last week when I found that a new fabris - Josie Sand - had been added to the line up for the Sadie Swivel, and even more delighted when I found it was in stock and could be delivered within the week (been told at other furniture stores I'd be waiting 22 weeks or more). My lovely chair arrived yesterday and I couldn't be more happy. The staff at Park Royal were so patient with me, the delivery staff were great - an A+ experience all round.
