★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instant service. Needed phone unlocked & another local mobile phone repair shop couldn't help. Referred by someone to go to CellRox @ Park Royal. Within 15 mins our phone unlocked.
Helpful guy also gave advice about data transfer.
We will be back with the other phone that needs service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked to replace charging port for an iPhone 6.. 40 mins later, replaced it with the wrong iPhone port. Proceeded to show me that it was charging when the phone was dead however doesn’t charge when phone is on. Then tells me there is no warranty on it.
Went another shop down the road Cell it, guy did it in 10 mins, 6 month warranty and this time it actually worked.

at your Park Royal location. I had been dealing with Telus from whom I purchased my new phone recently. It seems like I had downloaded a few too many apps & I was unable to answer my phone as a result❣ Telus were totally unable to fix my problem. The only solution they had was to erase everything & start all over again❣ Of course this was horrifying to me. So needless to say I left the store feeling pretty dejected. On my way out of the Mall I saw a sign REPAIR PHONES on a kiosk. So I stopped & had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed. He worked his magic by deleting a few apps & we were off to the races❣I'm writing to say this young man is an asset to your company. He was asking for nothing in return. He simply wanted to help. So thanks CELLROX & Ahmed❣ Good job...& BTW I'll be spreading the word. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and highly skilled technicians at the store. I brought my iPhone 8+ cracked and they repaired in 30 mins and gave me the best price among others. i would recommend everyone to visit them and get their gadgets fixed. super satisfied with the service.

Changed my iPhone screen for $380 and once completely stopped working until it got fully recharged and reset- this happened only 3 days after replacing it , and within a week, while I was sleeping and talking on my phone the screen cracked as my face was on it….. when returned back to them, all I got was a very rude attitude and ignorance!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't overly helpful or friendly when i asked about phones cases. Definitely felt unwelcoming and burdening the person with my question of types of cases. I wanted to purchase a phone case from this kiosk but will go somewhere else that wants my business. Surprised by the good reviews.

Ahmed was very careful and courteous when I asked him to replace the i-Shieldz screen protector on my Samsung Note 10. Above and beyond, while also helping 2 other customers.
