★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the place, the location is just below Capilano road and you can find plenty of office items in there, the staff were dedicated and so helpful, there are kind and provide a great customer service. Big 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend going to this location if your looking to print or send anything. Iranian women was so rude and unhelpful. I asked her politely for help and she was just standing there staring at me. I walk out as I got frustrated with the customer service so I called from my car and asked to speak to the manger and she hung up on me.
If your going to come to Canada and work do your job lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service from sales associates: jump from one customer to another, very impatient, not willing to assist. I was asked twice in one minute: "So are you taking it or not?" while deciding whether or not purchasing a printer. Same behavior from the staff at the till, who surprisingly disappeared in the middle of the transaction! I shopped at the Marine Drive store at 18:15 on May 19. Please train your staff to be polite, it not courteous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. While I was there, I witnessed (3) staff deal with a challenging (customer?) in a tactful and respectful manner. I found some great items to upgrade my next to non- existant tech life, lol. I also found a cute, small novelty gift that was very much liked by the receiver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best staple in city! Zara (the lady who is working in print station) is perfect. She is really professional and always do our large format print in less than 5min (doesn't matter which size of paper we want to convert our documents). That work get done in other staples by pre order or with 1hour fast order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend printing anything here. I received a print job back (that was two days late) which had blue lines on it from the printer and very low quality printing. The damages were caused by the printer. When I asked for the damaged documents to be re-printed the associate was very rude. The associate shorted the re-print job by a couple of documents because of her lack of attention to detail. All in all, if you have an important project, go elsewhere so you get it done properly and are treated decently.
