M	Mandy L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow customer service. They have good sales but it's not worth the time and frustration going through the returns process if you don't like something. Hold times were over an hour and they take so many days to get back to you. I won't shop here anymore. Sticking with Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.
K	Katie Blank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed I wasted time here clothes shopping when I can’t try anything on after all. I completely understand why their fitting rooms are closed (given the pandemic), but there is no visible signage indicating so ahead of time. Even if they were operational, the fitting rooms are difficult to find. The fitting room closure should be clear at the entrance, or alternatively a staff member should be greeting and advising customers. I saw three staff members at the back of the store socializing the entire time, paying no attention to customers. I gave my feedback to one of them, after which she pointed back to the discrete sign at the fittings rooms but assured me she would “let them know” my recommendation. I doubt they will make any changes, as the lack of personable interaction indicates little enthusiasm for customers. There is no point in bothering with this outlet when you can actually try clothes on elsewhere.

You can tell he has no experience or fitted to be in management as managers can troubleshoot and maintain a level of professionalism while dealing with special circumstance. He hates his job by his energy. He should consider demoting himself to make sure customers will return.

New stock weekly and gems are here if you spend the time to look. One of the best selections of sunglasses around, plus it seems they have more designer items than previously.
L	L Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a Winners but for Saks. Subsequently it's hit and miss and you may or may not find something. Worth checking out if in the area to see if any good finds.
D	Diana L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had really good experiences here. The staff are very very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The prices are quite reasonable - good sales with the extra 25%. Lots of selection for women. Average for men. Less for children and babies. It’s lower quality from regular Saks but this location is comparable to Tsawwassen and even the one in Vaughn mills in Ontario. Lots of parking but it’s on other side of Park Royal which is to attract more to the north side.

I wouldn't say it's all out of season items, but some may be from past seasons and others current collection. Prices are ok, nothing great but with some luck, maybe able to find something good. I was expecting a bit more.. but wasn't too impressed with the discounts or variety of men's wear. And not many luxury brand items, mostly mid-tier brands.
A	Avery Gillick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is empty (echo echo). In men's ware no large sizes. Restrooms are closed to public. Not sure how they survive as it seems not a lot of merchandise to choose from. Wife and daughter could not find anything and they are PROFESSIONAL shoppers :)
