This store singles out and harasses young native girls. Their staff and contracted security have acted disrespectfully and refuse to acknowledge or apologize for their demeaning and racist behaviour towards native youth.

They're helpful and attentive..however my neice forgot to provide status card for tax free and went back to inform them of her mistake and the lady was quite rude about it. So just remember to provide status card for the tax exempt if it applies to you...thank you

I love Sephora environment and products but the workers are not it. The are SO incredibly pushy, I don’t even have a chance to look at anything without 10 people asking what they can help me with, back to back. At first it’s it’s kind but 15 minutes in we all wanted to leave because we where getting so annoyed by the employees. Helping out costumers is one thing but asking so many times to the point where we get a headache and want to leave is another. I’m not sure if this is just in my location, but it was very frustrating today.

I’ve had a terrible experience lately after being a Sephora customer for several years. I bought a Tom Ford perfume on Dec 30th and redeemed 500 points. When I got home, I noticed it is β€œPerfume” while I had asked for β€œEau de perfume”. So I came back to the store and exchanged it. However, they told me that they cannot give me the points back on their end and I have to call the customer service to do so. I called them and they said sorry but we cannot give the 500 points nor the ten bucks back! I feel so bad! That is not really about ten dollars or 500 points now for a $300 purchase! It is the matter of loyalty and trust which has been damaged… You used to be my favorite store for ages, Sephora!

Order on line. Staff works on consignment, so they are pushy, want to get it overwith and poor selection of samples. This store told me that there were no samples and that they don't give them away. I wouldn't trust these people to do treatments. I only go to see stuff that I am curious about

Sephora is always good in everyone that I had been to! Sometimes we can find salles person more engaged than other.

I give five star to the persian woman who works there. she is helpful and she knows all products one by one. She has medium height and a little overweighted and she had beautiful eye lashes.

Staff never acknowledged me, let alone offered assistance, which I needed as I was picking out a new fragrance. At least 10 staff on duty and about 5 customers. Instead they said hello to the people near me and had the security guard keep an eye on me while I smelled the perfumes. Needless to say, I will not be back.
