★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to pay $28 for pasta, I want my server older than the age of 18. The entire staff seems like they're in high school - completely lost, under prepared, and unable to describe anything on the menu or wine list. Result is a very poor ambiance, totally contrary to the mood of the rest of the Glowbal Group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go to the one on 4th and loved that place. However this branch in park royal is extremely cheap on the portions. The pastas are the size of kids meal and the pizzas are half bread with no toppings. Also the service is terrible at the entrance. We went there for lunch and even though half of the tables were empty it took the girl 10 min to decide where we should sit. If you want a good Italian food go to the one on 4th instead and avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Italian Kitchen for lunch yesterday and was pleased with the entire experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was just delicious! We had the daily special (an incredible prawn salad) and the orrechiete.
The stacked stools and pallets in the corner of the rooftop patio took a bit away from the experience and could probably be have been stored elsewhere, but the ambiance and decor were otherwise great.
As we were getting to leave, my partner mentioned to our server that it was my birthday. She asked if we had a few minutes and soon came back with a (huge) piece of tiramisu.
Overall, fantastic. I would absolutely go there again and highly recommend it! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the vibe in here- it’s definitely cool inside. and the service is just okay...maybe inconsistent due to the busy periods they experience. We ordered our before dinner drinks and one didn’t arrive until after the food. They kept forgetting somehow. And while I liked my food..one of the dishes was the Brussels sprouts ...it was WAY over seasoned! Terribly so. Which is too bad. The pasta dish was quite good on the other hand. Tasty...perfectly cooked. Overall experience: it was okay. Not sure if we will return as this is my second similar experience:/
