★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really handy little BMO branch for those of you that are stuck between a branch in Caufield and a branch at Park Royal. There's a few parking spots at the back which is helpful because parking can be hard to come by and it's right on the bus routes. Staff are always lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17th Street BMO has the worst phone service of any bank I've done business with. If you leave a message with a simple question my experience is you could wait a day for a return call. The staff I have encountered are not happy to help even face-to-face. They do the bare minimum. I personally have not seen staff go that extra mile to help customers in the bank and do not remember seeing staff smiling or making customers feel welcome. Hiring more staff for the call centre would be good. Some banks have a call centre so customers only wait perhaps 1/2 minutes not 45 minutes as BMO expects.
