P	P. Luhanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to close my RBC Visa account for three weeks now. I have called RBC Visa three times and visited the branch twice. Branch says the back-office will close it so there is nothing they can do and the RBC Visa help-line says they will send a rush-notice to the branch and that's all they can do. The account has zero balance so there is no reason not to do this immediately (or anytime during these three weeks) other than incredibly bad and bureaucratic service.
M	Michael Sayyad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pleasant experience with the branch staff. I had an issue with customer service over the phone with a guy name brad who was extremely rude. I went to the branch and complained about virtual customer service and brad mostly. Stanley Wu, one of the assistant managers, helped me and took the time to follow through the issue in a very professional manner. He was also very knowledgeable and understand my issue clearly whereby the customer service over the phone had no clue and offended me by saying we just can't help you!! Stanley called me today as well to update me on the status of the issue I had with a transaction and he followed through reporting my complaint with the higher managers about Brad at Customer Service. I am very pleased and happy to be doing business at this location. The managers at a location are the ones who set a standard and others will follow.

N	Nevaeh Akers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted by an older woman that went by the name Mitra i believe. She was very condescending and was asking questions about my situation out of pure nosiness. At first i thought it was to help me but then I realized she just wanted the gossip. She walked away without saying anything and without telling me what’s going on multiple times. There was definitely someone who could have better assisted me at the branch. She needs to be retrained.

She did not it leave a message. When I called back, when she answered the phone she said hello. Not saying who she was or where she was from. This is very annoying . People expect to know who they are talking to. This is annoying. The royal bank should give training on telephone manners. This is unacceptable .. Marilynne Nowell Thexroysl
s	steve lord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has ATMS and counter service. Staff are friendly. Currently they are operating reduced hours. It's annoying they can't update their website to reflect this. It seems to be they close 1 hour earlier than stated.
A	Allen604 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to start off by saying I have been coming to this bank for many years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. However, that has changed today. One employee by the name of "I Shung" (I do not know how to spell his name as he also wasn't wearing a name tag, very unprofessional). We were conversing about a cheque that I was depositing and an issue popped up in which the supervisor had to come out and sort it out. When I asked how come it takes four business days to deposit, I Shung got very heated and began to argue with me, raising his tone quite a few times making me feel highly threatened. I do not even want to go back to this bank anymore. Who was his trainer? The absolute worst and most rude customer service I have ever experienced. I am appalled RBC West Vancouver. People like him should not be working customer service.
