M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star review. I reported this branch for trying to take/ essentially rob me of $1000 cash I deposited into my account. Branch manager Kristin Beaulieu lied to me and would not respond or help me with this issue. When I asked for her supervisors name shes wouldn't give it to me and then lied about her name as well. Very weird. I called and emailed several times with no help from anyone. They kept telling me they would call me back in 10mins and then never called back. When I deposit cash I expect it to be in my account immediately. Its is completely unacceptable. Still nothing back from them and still waiting for my money back. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I have been banking with TD for over 10 years and Christina Aulieu made a decision not to help me. This is not how you treat customers. They clearly do not value their customers. No ones deserves to be treated like this. I'm moving all my personal and business accounts to a different bank.

When I went into the bank, they reversed this charge without hesitation. This definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy with their service.

g	graham macmillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been banking with Td Canada Trust since the early 1980s they used to be fantastic.Unfortunately they have gone downhill in the last 10 years. Getting an answer on the most simple task is almost impossible. Electronic phone answering and terrible customer service. I recently wanted to do a very large deposit and couldn’t even get a rate of interest after 4 phone calls.It is unbelievable to me how they could make it difficult to put money in there bank.

C	Concerned Citizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Critical: we have a couple of different business accounts with TD for over 25 years - every year customer service gets worse and worse. What should be simple banking no holds deposits are now scrutinized for long periods of time and now held back for 10 days!!!! when the account balance is much more than the depositing cheques. Not once have our customers given us a deposit that had been rejected. Insulting at best...special thanks goes out to Connor supervisor who seriously lacks customer service communication skills and made a point of putting a 10 day hold Not a 5 day hold and went as far as agreeing with me that I should move to another bank THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SUPPORT small business anymore :(
