Rose is helping me most of the time and she goes above and beyond to make the things easy . The whole team at this branch is very dedicated and kind . Keep up the good work and the smiles people ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMO does not support small business nor female entrepreneurs. Their small business banking managers may have a MBA but they are all foreigners who do not seem to understand how small businesses or how to communicate effectively. If you ask for assistance, it takes BMO over two weeks to get back to you. Service is really bad. I have held business accounts with BMO for 4 years and never got off the phone with BMO satisfied with their help or answers to general questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMO keeps locking my online banking. This is the 4th time. They seem to want to dictate how you spend your hard earned money. I tried to order food yesterday and my account was locked AGAIN, now I have to go in again to unlock it because their phone in doesn't even work. Im done with BMO. Going to set up account at TD.
