Any questions I ever have she always is able to answer right away very clearly. She takes care of all my needs from payday loans to long-term loan and always updates me with information to maximize my savings. I've been coming here for so many years and honestly if I see anybody else at the counter I wait and come back at a different day or time. I always assumed that Judy was the manager because she is so knowledgeable and professional. Don't ever let her go!!

I tried them for 3 months Their rates are 49.9% Their installment team operates separately and inefficiently from their store front team. They have not explained why after I paid it off in full they took two more payments and refunded me an amount that is not equal to the the two extra payments they took.

However, she is very busy but try her best to do her best in meantime she can handle so many customers payments and never argue with anyone. I usually call money mart , she answered phone right away. When she is not working no one answering the phone. Professional customer service can keep the business run.

Yesterday I went into this location and Judy recommended an installment loan. The process was very simple, easy and quick. Judy explained everything to me very thoroughly so that I understood what I was getting into, before getting into it. It was also a relief to find out that there was insurance that would cover payments ,if necessary, in the future. If anyone is in need of any services I would highly recommend Judy at this location. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Judy!

We got to talking and I'm trying to get a car to make it easier for me to work. Judy explains the long-term loan to me and the insurance coverage thoroughly. Of course I'm nervous to take a long-term loan because the job market is so unstable these days. How would I pay it back or what if I was in between jobs and couldn't make my payment so she explained to me how the insurance works which made me feel a little more at ease. So I went for it I got a little car and it's so much easier for me to work now. Once again Judy helped me. I just love her she's so sweet and very clear and knowledgeable. ??????????☺️
