★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Manager (Mandy) is very good with knowledge and service but am not happy with the service given by a female staff member (Shaneehin -spelling is not correct) when had a currency exchange process done - she neglected to put it through my account which made the transaction difficult to find a few days later - she also neglected to mention about the ability to make an online payment after telling her my bank card was not working properly but said I can pay by cash, debit or credit card when I came to the store to make a payment - this omission of information caused me great inconvenience as I attempted to use my bank card at my bank machine to withdraw cash to no avail as my bank card was not attached to my account right at that time - so I had to return to the store and pay by cash I managed to get another way - it was a wall sign in the store that prompted me to ask about online banking payments - if she would have mentioned about this payment method in the first place, it would have saved me from having to visit the store initially or at least when I visited the store to make a payment in person and told her about the problem with my bank debit card - she was pleasant enough but not informative enough, resulting in experiencing less than satisfactory customer service from her the past while.

The staff's doing owesome job like knowing the right client needs and matters a second, I got it and save my day. Plus if recommended to other tp join we got bonus. The store in north Vancouver its clean too. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The filipino lady who assisted me was so nice and friendly. In fact she was about to close when I arrived but she still accommodate me with smile and so quick. I was just about to ask what documents needs to bring to borrow cash. She told me everything but as she saw my latest phone, she suggested if I can do my banking online. It’s because I do she said she can process it right now if I can open my online banking account. She just asked me to open my account and then borrow my phone to check all those salary deposits and my void check for the information. While doing something in between she took a picture of me then ask me to sign and initial all the document requiring my initial or signature. Sign electronically thou that’s there was no time wasted. In just less than 10 minutes transaction was made and I got my instant cash. The is so amazing lady....no doubt she’s from my country you know????

Customer service was poor.
But other locations offered better service than this one.
The Clerk was an unhelpful CSR.
I tried to cash a government GST cheque she seemed either incapable or reluctant to do that with no other customers present in the store.
so it was not a time sensitive issue;.
and then she didn't ask me to produce identification which I could have had she done so.
and then she laughed at me and acted as if I was imposing on her.
what kind of attitude is that?
Terrible service at this location.
