Told me that my package date was only possible with the "premium" service, paid over $100. The package arrived the DAY BEFORE it's required date - proving that it was not necessary to pay that amount of money. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working here was polite, but I was a little disconcerted that he wasn't wearing a mask even though he was walking out from behind the barrier, and he didn't ask for identity verification (driver's license, etc) when I picked up my parcel.

I have been to this spot several times for all kinds of shipments. They are super knowledgeable, and the young people here know they're stuff, They provide prompt and thorough service. I've been here many times and I will always come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. Told me my package was going to be $1200 to ship to US, was able to ‘magically’ drop price to $700 when I said I’d go elsewhere. Shady shady shady, left feeling like I almost got mugged. Beware! Very sketchy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this Ship Center multiple times a week even though it is not the closest one to me. I always find them very helpful. Specially today when I gave them wrong destination address for my box and When I told them Jass called the driver and saved my box .Thank You Jess!!!You are awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this Ship Center multiple times a week and have been using them since the beginning of the pandemic. I always find them very helpful. I think negative reviews are largely because people do not understand shipping, what paying for priority means and what sort of things such as customs delays can be out of the Ship Center's control. I have always felt that I have been treated fairly and the people here have gone out of their way to streamline my experience for me. I choose this location even though it is not the closest one to me.
