★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with Aquatech to replace our inefficient gas furnace with a Ductless Minisplit Heat Pump System and to also install an L2 car charger in our garage. Jonathan and his team were extremely knowledgeable and provided great service. They worked outside in extremely cold conditions but that didn't affect their quality of work. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Aquatech!

Even though most installers were busy and it was hard to get a quote, Jonathan completed a consultation, provided a quote and arranged the installation. Jonathan and his team were smooth and efficient, and they were very thorough in the follow up. They also provided advice and support for the relevant rebate claims that were available.

We received excellent service start to finish, a terrific price on an American Standard unit, and first-class work. The inspector even complimented the job. These guys are tidy and respectful workers. They helped with the paperwork and we're already saving money on our gas bill. Happy to recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquatech did a great job for our new heat pump system. Jonathan was very thorough with explaining the different systems and how the current rebates work.
Our system was installed in two days and they came back and fixed and repatched the walls that were damaged during the install.
Now we'll have an eco friendly system on top of air cooling for the summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Aquatech to replace our old furnace and hot water tank system with an American Standard Cold Climate Central heat pump, tankless water heater and as well as a 200 amp electrical service upgrade. Jonathan as his team were very responsive and were able to fit us in to install the system within a week of doing an assessment of our current system. The installation was very quick for the hot water tank - unlimited hot water was a welcomed upgrade! The heat pump was installed the following day and Jonathan's team thoughtfully provided us with portable electric space heaters while our furnace was being decommissioned. We've had the system in for a little over a month and it's worked flawlessly. James on their admin team has been a great help in navigating the current rebates available to Vancouverites and identifying additional bonus rebates that we can take advantage of. He's taken on the rebate application process which has made my life easier.

We just had an American Standard heat pump installed, and not only is it amazing, the crew that installed it were incredibly efficient and professional. Both them and the heat pump are super efficient. To top it all off they are handling all the rebate paperwork for me!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank and ancient gas furnace both needed to be replaced. After researching and communicating with different contractors, we had both done by Aquatech. Pricing was competitive and quality of work was excellent. Guys on site were punctual and courteous. There were some issues with the furnace install that Jonathan resolved quickly and the city inspector noted it was a solid installation compared to some of the poor jobs by other companies that he sees - always good to hear! Also James at the office was very responsive and helpful in processing the rebates available from Fortis at the time. Thanks again, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a Heat Pump installation reference for AquaTechVancouver by a family friend and am very grateful for that recommendation. Jonathan and his team provided a competitive quotation for a top tier American Standard Platinum 19 Central heat pump. This unit will easily provide both winter heating and summer cooling while reducing my carbon contribution to global warming.
What was a very large bonus was their helpfulness in organising all of the various rebates available from both Federal and Provincial sources. They were also able to provide access to an independent Energy Home Inspection which is required for the federal grant. Other companies were leaving it up to me to navigate through all of that on my own and at my risk if I missed some detail or another. This was a great peace-of-mind point for me.
The installation team were very professional, taking all of the necessary steps to both remove my old forced air furnace and neatly install the new system. They followed up with American Standard supplied documentation and a 'walk-through' on the operation of the system and it's components. Site cleanup upon completion was perfect along with a follow up inspection by Jonathan.
So overall, an excellent and stress free experience. I highly recommend.
