★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they have a very poor web form for online for appraisal. I ordered an online appraisal via their website for my property for the reason of capital gain and they told me they are going to call me back. They called me and they said that they cannot do it!
Also I received an email as follow:
"Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate at this time. Thank you."
I believe either they are under staffed or simply don't want any business.
Based on my experience, I do not suggest working with them.
