Josh was knowledgeable, patient, and was able to find a very specific diamond I was looking for all while working within my budget. His attention to detail, great communication skills, and positive attitude made the experience memorable and stress-free. I felt comfortable dealing with him as he was always happily there every step of the way, addressing any questions or concerns I had. I definitely recommend Vancouver Diamonds as it was an absolute pleasure and couldn’t be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh was great to work with. We were looking for something particular and he went above and beyond to source the diamond that other dealers in town couldn't provide. Compared to all the other places we went, Josh was the one person who listened to all the details we wanted and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. Josh is very competitively priced and and we will be coming back for wedding bands and more custom jewelry. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the lovely ring Josh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience getting rings made at Vancouver Diamonds! For the diamond, I gave Josh the particular cut that I was looking for, and a range for the grade of clarity, color, carat, cut rating, and roughly what I wanted to spend. Josh provided a list of stones to choose from, with GIA gradings, pictures, and videos. We selected the stone with the best gradings available within my price range.
Once we received the stone, I was able to provide all of the specifications for the design of the rings along with the type of metal. I am first to admit that I am rather obsessive over details. The end products were EXACTLY what I requested. Josh was extremely patient, helpful, and I genuinely enjoyed the whole process. My wife and I are extremely pleased with her engagement and wedding band set, and with my wedding band. I will be back when I am looking to have something custom made in the future!

My husband chose the centre stone and had such a wonderful experience working with Josh. I was more than pleasantly surprised. This was one of the largest purchases to date yet made so easy and laid back. There was zero push or pressure to buy, with multiple options to choose from. Love the way it turned out! In fact, I never even felt the need to go shopping around other dealers after our first meeting. He was responsive in making some revisions to the ring and helped create a custom diamond engagement ring exactly how I wanted it. My now fiance loves the ring and quality of what we got from Josh, and would highly recommend him. After sharing the news, I found out how many of our friends actually all got their rings from him as well.
