★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for delivery to some friends. Not only was my note not quite what I said, but the roses had brown edges and were too open. Also I’d asked for something colourful..and the flowers lacked colour.
After I phoned and spoke with an employee I could barely understand, and subsequently emailed, the owner called me suggesting ‘I bring the flowers back’... I explained that I lived across town ( and an hour away!) so this was not practical.
I asked if they would send a different arrangement and he suggested a couple of times ‘that I find another flower shop’. Don’t worry.. in the future I will!
This is the first time I’ve ever complained about a flower purchase...
I was very happy with the Sam Solis flower shop previously, but figured this place was closer to the point of delivery.
North Van Florist.. would most definitely not recommend.

My bestie & I selected the Florist Choice Bouquet and you guys did a marvelous job on the arrangement....gorgeous flowers with vibrant colours ?????. My colleague absolutely love the flowers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pre-ordered and pre-paid for a bouquet of flowers for a nice Mother’s Day surprise. When I arrived to pick up my order they proceeded to explain they had no orders for pick up that day. I explained I had already paid and confirmed for this day of pick up. They then decided to go through the pick up tickets and found that they had forgot my order. As it was a morning of a day they receive flowers and the day after Mother’s Day they had basically nothing left in their fridge. They proceeded to throw together a bouquet that is full of greenery and cheap flowers (Gerbers, daisies, then only 2 roses and a few lilies). For the amount I paid this was less than unsatisfactory.
A day later I decided to call and ask what can be done about this. Their only suggestion was to return the flowers (has anyone else ever heard of this suggestion before, I believe not).
I do not recommend this shop if you are looking for a full and beautiful looking bouquet.

Most recipients mention later how long the flowers lasted too. This weekend they went over and above normal service to deliver in time for an 85th Birthday for me! Highly recommended.
