β β β β β My girlfriend and I have been going here for half a year now. My girlfriend a nurse and I have an office job. Before going to Hugo, we had shoulder and lower back pains. Going to Hugo for the past few months have been a great help to us and has definitely helped us relieved some pain. Hugo always evaluates you to get a better understanding of how you feel so he knows what to work on or how to help. Huge kudos to Hugo and I recommend everyone to give him a shot if they choose Ocean Wellness.

β β β β β Elden has been helping me with repetitive strain injuries in my shoulder and I have to say he is so incredibly gifted in massage therapy! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping his patients. I always feel comfortable in his treatments, even when they are more intense, he keeps communicating with me so I never feel in too much pain. He has helped me so much!! I highly recommend! The infrared sauna is also amazing after a treatment!!

I used to be an athlete and I suffered a shoulder injury and chronic back pain, but thanks to his treatment, I was able to start working out again.

β β β β β This review is specifically for Yasmin, the absolute best acupuncturist you can find. With her 16 years of experience with acupuncture, you know you can trust that you will receive individualized treatment that meet your needed. I admit I was skeptical at first how this would help me, but I think with acupuncture being such a deep and old method of treating, you need depth and experience of understanding in order to be an effective practitioner and because of my amazing results, I've continued to see Yasmin monthly for the last 6 years.
In that time, she helped me to balance and prepare for having a baby, helped me keep the pregnancy and even helped me start my contractions when the doctors told me that my baby was too late and they needed to interfere. I was so glad I didn't have to take that route as I saw Yas and then the baby came the next day!
Yasmin is so knowledgeable because all she needs to do is look at my tongue and know what I need without me even saying. In the last 6 years, she has helped me with back ache through cupping, balancing my periods (thanks to her, I no longer have any period pains!), overcoming stress and anxiety, and giving me the best sleep I've ever had despite having a little one running around. I've also found I take less medication, especially because she helped me with some really intense migraines I used to get but no longer do since I've been seeing her.
Her experience and wisdom is like no other acupuncturist I've ever met and there is a reason all my friends and my very skeptical partner all see Yas regularly. She is quite simply the best of the best.
Basically anyone who needs help with fertility, menstrual cycles, and stress to name a few should hands down see Yasmin!

β β β β β My massage therapy with Hugo has been very therapeutic. He is also personable, has emphathy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed after each session. I came in with neck pain and lower back issues and his deep tissue massage made the difference. My stress and muscle tension is reduced, soft tissue injury and flexibility in my joints has improved.
I highly recommend Hugo and will definitely be returning.

β β β β β I saw Isabel for acupuncture to help regulating my periods. Very quickly, I started to get more regular periods. I am terrified of needles but she helped put me at ease. Isabel also empowered me to get further testing and was the first one to suggest I had a fibroid. She was right, even my medical doctor did not catch it. Isabel is a god-send. Her kindness and passion shine through every interaction. I have and will continue to highly recommend her. You can find no one better.

β β β β β I've been doing acupuncture with Yasmin for 1.5 years now and highly recommend her! As a newbie to acupuncture in October 2019, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. She made me feel at ease right at our first appointment and I've found our sessions so relaxing and impactful on my health. She's a great listener and has helped me so much. She's been so flexible with fitting me in for last minute appointments when I'm in need which I appreciate so much. I can't say enough good things about her!
