The main reasons to go to this mall are Walmart, BC liquor store and Cazba.
You will also find every telecommunications company in this mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great mall there are plenty of parking underneath the building and if you are a gym member you can find some dedicated parking for members, also you can find the biggest Walmart store in North Vancouver in there that you can buy all your groceries and clothing in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much happening in this mall. It seems like a third of the mall does not have vendors. I remember in the past not being like this, but it seems many vendors have left. Seems like Walmart is keeping this mall alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capilano Mall is more of a failure, located in North Vancouver.
Built in 1967, Capilano Mall is a nearly dead mall, unfortunately.
❗️No big brands are inside the mall and its mostly like a local market with a ceiling. The stores are not well lit and many unsuccessful small businesses reside there.
?There are some almost good restaurants in the mall and some offices ok floors 2 to 4 with lots of parking available.
Last hope in the mall was Starbucks that shut down in 2020. There is also a Walmart inside the mall.
Hope this mall improves, at least for their local people. ?
