T	T D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the misfortune of dealing with an extremely rude and arrogant staff named Devangi at the lottery counter. Devangi asked multiple times if I had the money to buy the tickets! Devangi curtly said double play did not exist and I ended up buying the tickets separately. Devangi insisted I show her how I was going to pay THEN went on to take a payment after printing each ticket because she did not trust I had the money for all the tickets! Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't want to go elsewhere to buy the tickets so had to put up with her condescending rude behavior. I shop at Save On all the time and have never encountered such rudeness from the staff.
c	charla pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried again...Chrsitmas eve I get the delivery 50 percent did not come.... ground beef.... ? Sour cream? Come on ... who's doing the picking? This has been the worst grocery delivery service... the driver is nice which is the only positive ... how you going to say you don't have grapes and watermelon when I go in 12 hours later and you do... I typically have 12 to 15 items missing when I order from them ... then try and call and it just rings and rings and rings ... horrible... my fault for trying them again
J	JG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up ordering is kind of a bust. Nothing to do with the wonderful staff. Online inventory is not in sync with the stores, so ordering is a gamble and about 1/3 of my order was out of stock, so I had to pick up the rest then go out shopping again. Prices are super high and many items are more expensive than WholeFoods, which is crazy. I’ll definitely try Superstore next time, both for inventory and better prices.

I purchased a carved ham last month and it when I tried to opened it smelled so BAD so I called the store and the lady told me that just come there to have it replaced or get a gift card. I went to the store the next day but unfortunately the customer service manager named HUE DID NOT HELP ME with anything! He is so adamant that the store has a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY! I was not even trying to refund it, I am just hoping that they can give me a gift card of the same amount so I can buy something on their store. If you live in North Shore, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The past year or so the quality of the produce has gone down hill. I’ve taken to shopping elsewhere for produce. I like the location of the store and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. It’s a difficult job dealing with so many different people each day. I think that the staff is wonderful especially Sherry and Anthony.

I love this specific store because it has a lot more than their other stores – a huge bulk food section (+40 spices, baking supplies, organic, etc); a small sitting area for coffee or a meal; & hot food items to grab a bite. I like their bulk spices when I don’t want to buy or spend money on a large quantity. They offer hot pizza, chicken wings, sandwiches, and soups for the quick meal or snack which are all reasonably priced. The staff are helpful. They’re located in the big shopping plaza across from Capilano Mall. Parking is free! Definitely my favourite Save On Food store!
