★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I walked in, five of the staff were clusters around the window staring at a woman walking down the sidewalk. They were catcalling through the glass and making horrible, misogynistic comments. When they saw me, they all started to laugh and then ignored me for five minutes before offering to help. Absolutely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my Kohler kitchen tap and found this company online. I had heard from friends and family that plumbing wholesalers usually aren't the friendliest places for laypeople to shop but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The front counter was clean and the salesmen behind the desk were friendly and sorted my issue out quite quickly. All i needed was a new cartridge(?) for my tap ,which they had in stock, and were even able to tell my husband how to install it. I was in and out in about 15 mins and spent $35 and my Kitchen sink is now working (Yay!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out the dates of the negative reviews, this is recent! We were greeted warmly in a friendly, low key manner, no sales pressure. Our consultant, Julia spent a great deal of time coming up with a solution that fit our budget. She was extremely knowledgable about products and came up with a creative solution for our needs. The store was bright and welcoming. My husband had already been to the store on his own and received the same great service with Jessica. Julia even helped us solve a problem that couldn't be solved by this store. All in all, perfect service in retail environment, which is hard to find these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased new bathroom fixtures from Ensuite North Vancouver after our contractor recommended them. Two years later we had a problem with a shower head so I contacted them by email (during the COVID-19 related closures), and Julia responded within 20 minutes. She reported the issue to the manufacturer, who contacted me the next day, and three days later there was a replacement on our doorstep. I highly recommend Ensuite. They take care of their customers and provide amazing service even years after the sale. Thanks Julia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a few other stores and could not find what i was looking for or received much help. My contractor recommend The Ensuite and im glad they did! I met Julia who was fantastic. I was looking for a particular shower set, within a time crunch and also with a budget. Julia found a shower set that met all my criteria and gave me an excellent deal. I have now completed my bathroom and shower and everything is working beautifully. Julia's customer service was amazing from start to finish. She definitely is a major asset to the company.
