β β β β β I was trying to get a custom stain match for a transition to match a hardwood floor. I had been to multiple paint stores that said they couldnβt do it or even that it wasnβt worth their time. It was a difficult match but the paint desk at this Rona had two associates who spent a lot of time with me to get it right and I am very happy with the finished product.

β β β β β It was my first time on that branch,
Gordo was extremely friendly and helpful to suggest the right piece for my project (a hinge piano with magnetic catches), also with a Craftsman shop vac. Everything was great, I was so happy thinking that that store is closer to my location than the home depot in Park Royal.
Right at the end, I was asking for the area to cut that hinge piece... So I asked one of the customer representatives, unfortunately I don't get his name, a really unfortunate event, so rude and unprofessional, after that right about to pay, I kindly ask the cashier that I wanted to register my company, she was so kind and she told me that she needed to ask her boss, and again same guy with terrible actitude, he told me that I needed to go to other branch, because that location took so long to do that.
I have registered in Sherwin-Williams, Home Depot, Cloverdale, Staples... And never had that rudeness or inconvenience before.

β β β β β Convenient location for me but I'll go out of my way now to avoid this Rona store. Other than at the paint department, staff are generally very unhelpful and unfriendly. God help you if you need to return anything, even if you have a recipe.

β β β β β The guy working at the plumbing department is useless. Walked in on a quiet Thursday night (7:50pm, Jan 7, 2022) to get hose bib covers, asked him at his desk on where they are located and he says its all sold out and has been for 3 weeks. Online shows stock available. Was about to walk out but doubted him as he seemed like he just wanted to brush me off and sure enough, found tons in the plumbing side aisles. Don't even bother with these people...

β β β β β Went here for a new locking door handle and met Nadeem. Hes a friendly and super helpful guy and he made our visit pleasant and easy. I very much recommend going here for any hardware needs. Thank you Nadeem!

β β β β β Bought a very cheap ladder there then I realize how bad it was. I tried to return it to buy a better quality one at their store and they refused. They said to me '' people can't just return things after using it'' which wasn't my case and still after telling them that I was going to spend more money to buy a better quality ladder in their store they refused. The manager at that time was unhelpful. Better to go to home depot this problem will never happen.

β β β β β Very poor customer service. Returned a faulty valve bought 3 weeks previously from another Rona store and they would not replace or refund it. Their lame excuse is that their store is a franchise store. They should change their business name. The fellow ahead of me also had poor support. Cashier line up is always long. Never have return problems at Home Depot. I won't be shopping here anymore.

β β β β β Good selection of items at a fair price. (Cheaper than Walmart) for certain items. Parking is about fair. Multiple entrances into the store. Makes it convenient. Staff seem friendly, nice and helpful. Definitely coming back again! Donβt expect selection like Canadian Tire thoβ¦
