I didn't know the colours that I wanted so I brought home the white with the intention of heading back to get them all tinted. I stopped into the North Van store on my way to a meeting and was helped by the Asst. Manager. He was very helpful. He explained that for a few of the colours I was looking for I had the incorrect base. Even though this was the case, he worked with me to get all 6 gallons exactly as I wanted them with no additional charges...even though I screwed up on the base choice. I came back after my meeting and was helped to my car with my paint cans :) A very nice, simple process. Thank you, Cherie
T	Tyler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulux Paints is a great and affordable franchise. I frequently come to Dulux for paint and other contracting tools. I have had many problems with this Dulux in particular. I have been given the wrong colour mix of paint on several occasions causing me to lose valuable working time. Additionally, it can take a long time to get paint from here. I Highly suggest using the Dulux in Burnaby on Boundary. I have had way better experience with the Boundary store. Never have I received the wrong colour of paint from the Boundary store, and the service is incredibly faster than the North Vancouver location.

Jlenia spent a long time helping me out. I hired her to come to the house and she was cheaper and worked hard to get everything just right. Plus I got a discount on the sample cans. Went back later to get paint for the fence. Doesn't look as fancy as the other stores but service was exceptional.
