β β β β β I have bought from this store before and had a good experience. Today the customer service was non existent. I asked a few questions and for recommendations about types of paint and supplies, as I am not a pro, and was looked at like I was an idiot. I felt like I was inconveniencing the people working there even with our minimal interaction. I will not be going back.

β β β β β Hey I was there last week. Ordered paint only to find it was wrong the following day. I brought it back without any argument. Very helpful people there. I'm the last person on this planet that should up a brush. Made that clear. Im what you call a paint magnet not a woman magnet. I wear more paint the goes on walls. They did their best to help out. Sent me on my way and it worked. Thanks to their help.

β β β β β I popped into this store to ask a quick question and maybe get some paint samples. No customer service at all. In fact one of the staff watched me enter the store and start walking toward him only to turn his back and walk away to look busy behind a shelf. A second staff member then looked right at me and also turned and walked away. They were not busy. No other customers in the store really. I didn't bother trying to ask for help I just left. Won't ever bother returning to this location.

β β β β β Great customer service in this store. I went there after going to another establishment and being told my color samples were too small to replicate. Victor took one look and said he could do it. He then guided me on the choice of paint and understood the goals I was trying to accomplish. When I got the paint home and on the wall, all three are a perfect match. I will definitely be going back.
