β β β β β The customer service is awful and the owner is rude. Itβs really interesting that most of the reviews says the same thing and they have never considered it!!!! Also they should change their daily hour time on Google!! They are not open at 9:30am :(

β β β β β Very rude and insulting behaviour. We bought a rice cooker that is not working properly but he refused to refund or exchange even though he signed the warranty. The worst customer service. When we insist our right for a refund or at least an exchange, he called the police. We never go there again.

β β β β β Avoid this place at all costs. We were offered the worst customer service by the rude owner who did not even acknowledge our presence as he was busy on the phone. When his very important call was done and we tried to get his attention he seemed bothered by our presence. Furthermore, he had overpriced chipped and broken dishes still sitting on the shelf and when I asked him a question his answer was snarky and loaded with sarcasm. To be honest Iβm surprised that he is still in business. This
business deserves zero stars, but sadly that option isnβt available.

β β β β β This place is really worth checking out for its interesting cookware, serving, and food items. I bought a high quality rice cooker here, loose tea that's nice and strong, and a glass kettle with a glass teapot that can sit on top to keep warm. Great finds and helpful service!

β β β β β I bought a tea pot here to replace one that broke. When pouring tea from it, there is leakage from around the lid at the top which causes a mess to be made everywhere. This is due to poor design, the old one did not have this problem. The owner would not do anything to help, he would not accept a return or exchange. He was not understanding or helpful, and he does not stand behind the products he sells. I do not recommend buying anything from him and suggest giving your business to someone who cares about their customers and stands behind the products that they sell.
