Went above and beyond to locate a BBQ for me...in addition check out was smooth and easy and helpful staff helped me get the BBQ to the checkout and another helped load it.
If there was 10 stars I would give them for the team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you find items and give us options. We were looking at kitchen in-counter soap dispenser replacement, paint colours for a bar cabinet that is being built on a older cabinet base and a ceiling fan with light and remote options. Dealt staff in each area..all were excellent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff never seem happy. One older staff member grabbed my phone out of my hands when I was asking for an item that said they had in stock without my permission. Right at the beginning of covid. Grabbed it back and walked away. No thanks. Wasn't impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a hard time finding help most days especially if they close in an hour. Called ahead on two separate occasions
to make sure something was in stock because I'm from out of town. Was told no, later to find it was. Had a worker tell me at 8:15 pm I'd have to come back the next morning for a clearance item because apparently he just didn't feel like selling it to me that day. Even knowing i wasn't local. I went to the cashiers and they were stumped as well. I did end up buying the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some fencing on sale.....Customer service....well you have to hunt down someone to answer any questions....but at least they had the answers. Cashiers are friendly..good selection of accessories and tools for your home. Typical big box store but some sales are good buys.

They are knowledgeable and always able to answer my many questions - even if they don't know, they will find out. I'm 81 years old and I can sometimes find navigating the store difficult. Thanks to your team, shopping at your location is an enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to price match and was told product was different. Very convenient excuse, I could see no difference. Teller said 1 day price match and it's actually 30 days. $58.57 @ Home Depot and $63.49 @Lowes Pictures below please correct if me if I'm wrong, different lighting for boards first 1 facing west 2nd facing south. I've had 4 people look at product and they haven't seen a difference. The End of my sad dealings with Lowes.
