★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team is very helpful, caring and definitely loving towards animals. 8 puppies came in to get there first shots etc. The team formed a line and one by one seen the veterinarian…. They were very organized.
Veterinarian was very informative not pushy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want the best care for your pets, Heartland Niagara is the place to take them. Everyone we've encounted from the technicians to the veterinarians seem to truly care about animals. They are very kind. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Botched our lab's euthanasia. She lost her vision and was crying, convulsing on the table. No one should have to watch their dog suffer a traumatic death.
Also recommended that we euthanize our cat (since we didn't want to spend thousands on him sitting in a cage at the clinic hooked up to an IV drip) when he became jaundiced brought on by him not eating. Who knew the cure was force-feeding him back to health? Not this vet clinic. He's made a full recovery and living a happy life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff! I always feel welcome and at ease when visiting. The vet, receptionist and vet technician/assistant were informative, friendly, and understanding at our last visit. Special shoutout to Bianca who has been kind and lovely since day 1.
I appreciate all of the employees, the genuine care they have for kippers, and how much they have helped me in the most jugement free ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my almost 10month to be neutered and chipped and I cannot be more pleased with the results.
I took my soon to be 2 year old at a different vet and the different between the two was unreal.
I paid a good 100$ difference for my 10month old to get done at Heartland, and I don't regret it one bit.
Their was lil to no healing to be done, he's even out of the cone a day early, and they called the day after to see how he was doing.
After the ordeal at the other vet, I started going to Heartland, but because of covid, I had never gone inside till recently. They always have great quick service, and kind hearted people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing clinic with very professional and caring staff. Dr. Amanda has been seeing our senior cat for a number of years. And just recently our new senior dog which needed extensive dental work. She is honest , compassionate and has always recommends what is in the best interest of our pets.
All the vet techs are also very caring, kind and professional.
