★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to after my experiance at Waterfront Park. We had to take our cat to see them on very short notice. Dr. Christine was so kind, she explained everything slowly so my partner and I understood what was happening, she did not rush, she listened, she did not push unnecessary costs on us. We felt the pricing was more than fair in todays world. They are just a well rounded team from the front staff, to the support staff to the doctors. Everyone has exceeded our expectations which has made my family feel very blessed to have found them.
They made a life long patient out of our Big B. Huge thank you, if there were MORE stars to give... I would give them in a heart beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just started coming here but I really appreciate how every person in the place treats my dogs. They are incredibly good with following up after appointments and I've been able to speak to both vets that took care of my dog and didn't feel rushed at all. Thanks again for being so kind to my dog and taking the time to explain things to me as the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I stopped by Waterfront Veterinary Clinic to ask a few questions about our dog Jackie who was in serious pain. I was amazed by the immediate care and attention she received. I have had two dog's for the majority of my life but never had service like that before. I would like to give a shout out to Shyun for booking Jackie immediately. And to Ethan and Dr. Kim for being so kind compassionate to Jackie and me. Again thank you so much for everything you all did for our beautiful girl Jackie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this clinic are very knowledge and friendly.
One of my cats had to have her teeth extracted last year. The clinic provided me with a quote in great details, including the best and worst scenario. The staffs were very knowledgeable and patient to help me to understand what would be done for my cat. On the date of appointment, the staff went through the procedure with me again before they started and answered all my questions. When I pick up my cat after the procedure, the vet explained to me in great detail on what had been done and gave me a lot of information on how to prevent that from happening again.
Last month (Nov 2021), another one of my cats needed his a check up. I took him to Waterfront Park again and I had received the same great quality of service. The cat was not the nicest to strangers but the staffs were able to keep him calm the whole time. I would highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kim - she’s the best. I took my dog Louie in and we had an appointment at 1:20 pm. Low and behold she came in to examine my dog right on time. Even the follow up appointment was on time. I was surprised the bill wasn’t outrageous either. She was very kind and you can tell she loves her job and animals. She has great staff too. We have been to many vets that push product and testing and she didn’t. I would recommend her and her clinic to anyone. I’m sooo happy we found her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a dog owner for 18+ years on the North Shore and have tried many different vets. I can say hands down Waterfront is the best vet clinic I've been to.
We have a senior golden retriever who deals with persistent skin problems. Dr. Natalia has done wonders for him. She's very thorough and considerate, really takes time to listen to all of our concerns, answers all our questions, gives us lots of advice, and unlike most vets we've tried, she has actually successfully treated our pup multiple times.
She is amazing at doing short term and long term treatment, and her treatments always result in a vastly improved quality of life for our dog. He is now in great shape thanks to her.
The clinic's staff are super friendly, professional and supportive. Overall 10/10. Would highly recommend.
