★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.sidhu is by far the best vet in the lower mainland. I commute all the way from Surrey and would not have it any other way. They treat the pets as if they are their own. Highly recommend them. If you are deciding on a new vet your search ends here. Dr.Sidhu is your guy as well as the wonderful staff .

They super helpful, knowledgable, very kind and attentive. We got our dog spayed there recently and they were available for all kind of questions on call and email, mulitple times before and after the surgery. So happy to have found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our previous vet retired recently. Then our dog had an issue that needed attention and we had to find a new vet quick. Norgate took her in the same day and were very attentive to her situation. The fees were reasonable and we were very happy with all aspects of our visit. So we have a found an excellent new vet for out pet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was GREAT as always. The young ladies at the front are always so helpful. The doctor is always so patient and calm with my extremely scared dog. The doctor is very thorough and asks questions to find out what is going on. He takes the time to explain all results and goes over blood work etc....I feel like you guys are all an extension of my family who looks after our youngest.......... Shady! Thank you to all of you for always making us feel looked after, safe and healthy! We are always very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the area and needed a vet last minute. This vet office was very accommodating to my needs. The Dr that saw my dog was in a word superb. Very attentive and very patient with my not so cooperative German Shepard. The dr was five star plus all the way from initial assessment to treatment of my boy. I was very appreciative of his attentiveness to my guy. In short BEST vet I have come across. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog was sick repeatedly. This hospital did all the tests and took time to explain how I needed to change his diet. Although I saw 3 different vets, each one reviewed the test results and other doctors’ notes before examine my dog. I love that I can be in the room with him which some vets no longer allow since Covid-19. They’re the best vet on the North shore and they’re open 7 days a week, unlike others. Highly recommended!
