Shahab has excellent customer service and is patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for one of a kind handmade rug. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Their Service is top notch. I work in the service industry and I know amazing customer service when I see it. Shahab and the team were very accommodating in setting a time to pick up, clean, and restore my 80 years old Persian rug. I can not tell what part of the rug was actually repaired, that's how good of a job they did and I can not thank them enough for bringing my rug back to life.

He was able to make recommendations based on my space and my reaction to the ones he pulled out. Having chosen 3 of my favorite ones, he brought the rugs to my space and laid down each one to see which one I would fall in love with. This rug brings me such joy and completes the space. I highly recommend working with Shahab to find a rug that can make you grin from ear to ear.

I had pulled up a carpet he had advertised on line AND he was able to locate this particular rug, within seconds, amongst the multitude of carpets he carries!! I was able to negotiate a better price, he allowed me to take the carpet home first to insure it worked in my space.... it's a show stopper! Hands down!! A beautiful, silk, silver, glistening area rug! I'd return in a heartbeat! After wasting time trying to find the perfect rug online and in various other stores...Pacific Rug proved to be a one stop shop! I'd definitely return!! 5 Stars!!!
