A	Andrea Greenwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From selecting the carpet to installation, End of the Roll really delivered. My husband and I were having trouble finding reasonably-priced, wool carpet. We went to several stores. Either they were not able to get the carpet in stock or the options were very pricey. However, End of the Roll had a great selection of locally-made, wool carpet that fit our budget. The in-store sales staff were friendly and easy to work with. However, the real reason I am writing this review and giving it a "5 star" rating is because the installer End of the Roll hired was AMAZING. Kostas Tasoglou was very professional and the installation was perfect. He arrived on time (early) to site for the measurements and installation work. He knew we had painters scheduled to arrive on Monday and stayed late on Sunday to get the job done. My husband and I have dealt with a lot of contractors and Kostas is a step above all of them. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares about the finished product. I cannot say enough good things about Kostas. I wish all contractors had his level of integrity and pride. I highly recommend using him and End of the Roll for your future carpet / flooring purchase!
M	Mike Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent job the installer did on my parents house for the stair case an the master bedroom I'm am very happy the only issue is some of the nails poping up on the stairscase where I step the carpet I had to use an hammer and tap it down myself, some lose carpet I just clean it up not big deal.but overall the installer did an good job finish yesterday for masterbed room an staircase, I just paid him rest of the balance in cash I would do business with end of the roll in the future

I visited the End Of The Roll on Terminal Avenue in Vancouver where Rachel was incredibly helpful in choosing a carpet and creating timeline. Then Chris was great in installing the carpet quickly and with a positive attitude. Overall great experience at this location.

She found us a carpet installer last minute after the first one had to cancel. We have a baby and had no flooring so it was an urgent matter to get our carpet installed. Rachel was kind, helpful and saved the day for us. I do want to note that the installer did not clean up his mess very well so I couldn’t leave 5 stars. He should have had a small vacuum or something to remove all the bits of carpet before leaving.

Unfortunately I can not say the same about the other staff as they are definitely on either commission or instinctive and when I came by to ask a few questions when Alvin was not there it was painful at best…..

Ivan was very helpful with sorting out the complexities of strata approvals, Al was skilled and personable to work with as the installer, and the product (vinyl plank) exceeded my expectations. Only very minor con is their product could be a bit better labelled in the store - sometimes was hard to tell if you were looking at laminate vs vinyl plank. Have recommended this location already to several people due to my experience.
