He knew his product well and was able to help us in vision our project, and find selection that fit out budget and needs! He readily let us take samples home to try the look and feel in our home. He also managed all this during COVID.

I had a couple months before I got possession to choose the flooring so I looked at every flooring place in the area. Woodpecker had a great selection and they laid the flooring out on the ground so you could see it which I really liked. Pinki and Darren were very helpful with all my questions. The price was great as well. I highly recommend Woodpecker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Daren and his installers getting my basement leveled and flooring put down. Darren listened and gave suggestions based on what I was asking for but also made some alternate recommendations based on his experience. That lead me to taking his idea and installing cork flooring (good with cold and moisture from basements). A year and a half later continue to be pleased how everything came together.

Of all the places we have been to Daren is by far the most knowledgeable salesperson we have spoken with. He is a great listener and really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend consulting with him before you look anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What an amazing local experience Pinki and Darren provided. I had to try and match up some existing flooring for my condo. Pinki brought a sample over from the warehouse for me to view. Once I approved she said she would have it brought over for me to the store.
When the time came, they said they would deliver it for me at no charge. They came right to my door and brought it all inside. Didn't have to lift a finger!
Great Customer Experience all the way around. I would highly recommend this amazing local team for your flooring needs.
