P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoddy installation leading to pet injury Pictures attached W Broadway location My mother recently had new carpet installed on her stairs and top floor. While visiting I punctured my toe walking up the stairs. Upon closer inspection I discovered that not a single tac strip was flattened, meaning there where spiked nails left sticking upwards through the carpet. I had to go through the entire carpet by hand to hammer down the spikes. Both of her dogs had been getting repeated mystery puncture wounds in their paws that we had been trying to figure out. I don’t care at all that I put a hole in my toe but it is infuriating to find they have caused injuries to the dogs. This is a perfect example of how a company charges a premium for a product and then takes advantage of the costumers with a shoddy installation.

We were a little unsure of what size and design we wanted. Shadi showed us many designs and offered some great advice which resulted in us finding just what we were looking for. K	Kevin A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable people I've ever experienced in the industry, for following reasons. 1- Price on the website is subject to change when you go to store, and they don't honor that. 2-I've got a quote on the phone from a sales associate and when I went to store after 2 hours of driving to buy the product, the manager said sorry it was a Human error. we can't honor that too. NOT RECOMMENDED.

C	Cecile Ryder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Maria who came to the house to measure and calculate carpeting for multiple rooms in September. I thought I'd have to hire movers (to lift a king size bed frame and old rugs over carpeting to install the new carpet) but the installers took the massive frame apart and reassembled it for a reasonable cost and did a fantastic job getting the carpet in. They also made us a runner with the left over carpet to add value to a hallway. The underpad was far superior to previous underpads and the carpet is economical but very soft and luxurious on bare feet. Then unexpectedly due to death in family needed carpet for multiple rooms in another home with only 2 week window - Maria found carpet in stock and worked from my measurements on her day off to get an estimate and get the order in so we could have new carpeting for family needing a place to stay in a relative's home. Big thanks also to Henry for getting hold of Maria and answering questions when I showed up at the store and she wasn't there. Yay, Jordans. You have great product and fantastic staff.

Maria (our sales person) was extremely helpful in our choice of floor and the entire process. Thank you. When it came to the installation, Ed is a Master at his trade. He worked tirelessly to deliver us the floor we dreamed of. We were up against a tight deadline to complete the project and Ed worked day and night (literally) to help us achieve our goals. He treated our project like it was his in his own home. He doesn't cut corners (no pun intended) and makes sure that the all of the finer details are delivered. On top of that, he's a lovely bloke. I would highly recommend Jordan's, Maria & Ed and we look forward to working with them again in future.

Luvena Li did nothing to correct their mistakes and instead blamed it on miscommunication despite being given specific measurements.
