★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent support with no hidden costs. Very happy to be working with them to build my small business with reliable technology. The techs are very knowledgeable and were willing to accommodate my needs. After looking around for IT support companies, they were the best for my needs at my bottom line price. Not pushing to get me into a contract, most of the ones I contacted do, and very aggressively. I’m happy to work with them on an on call basis, as needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an old file server that I got setup in my new business. Since then, we kept having issues with it, users cannot access files, remote users disconnected in a middle of their tasks. And finding available techs who can work on old versions of Microsoft server is not easy.
When we contacted Vansys Solutions, they recommended setting up a NAS, a network storage device. I haven't heard of this before.
I must say, this is by far one of the best decisions I took lately.
This device has vastly improved the way we work and our team productivity.
Remote users work on their files through a secured vpn connection.
And our nas is backed up in a remote location, in case of disaster.
This device allowed us to have our own cloud service while having control over our files and data.
I'm really appreciative of vansys solutions recommendation and implementation of this solution for my business. Highly professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed our first project with Vansys Solutions IT Support and it went seamlessly! Farouk was a pleasure to work with and ensured the project was done properly and efficiently. He had a rapid response time to all of our questions and was clear, concise and informative with his correspondence to us. The migration of all our users from an in house server to Microsoft Office 365 was right on schedule with his proposed timeline. He worked neat and diligently through the night and then he went straight to our other office for the early morning so that we could all be back up and running early the next day. We had NO issues. Farouk also mentioned some helpful solutions to consolidate our old electronics equipment and simultaneously while tackling our project, also assisted us with that! I just found that this whole experience from initiation, our round of questions, communication about what to expect, to the execution of the project was stress-less, organized, neat and seamless. We decided to trust Vansys Solutions IT Support to manage all our IT by signing a Managed IT contract for peace of mind.
