They gave me a quote over the phone and never did email it to me, then the final bill was higher than the quote and they didnt evening send me the invoice! I've called repeatedly, emailed, texted. Nothing. Impossible to contact, awful communication skills. Take your products straight to Apple.
M	Michel Grillot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience trying to replace the battery of an iPhone. We made an appointment through Apple Support for 11:40am. When we got there the store was actually closed and did not open until 12pm. We waited in the car and went back at 12pm. There was a line up of several people and one of the clerks told us that it would be a long wait. We mentioned our appointment through Apple and he said that they do not honour those appointments, and that customers are served on a first come first serve basis. We waited for a while and gave up. We are not going back there!
W	Wil Seto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT take your mac notebook for any apple care+ / warranty repairs here! They do not advocate for you. I bought a new mac book a couple of months ago and the screen started to go funny and then then a week later it just stopped working. I've kept it in excellent condition and bought a protector for it and a case to make sure it stays in great condition. In the end they said Mac charged me $129 plus tax to get an apple care+ / warranty for a 2 month old computer that need to be repaired because it was just a bad computer with a faulty logic board and screen.
S	Sybilla Rulf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new Apple Laptop - Apple has a one way method of transferring data from one to another computer. This did not work and they referred me to a US company! I chose Simply Computing instead. I had to pay a fee but they did an outstanding job - and faster than I expected, less than 48 hours. They even managed to transfer my large personal Music Library from my old iTunes to the new Mac Music - because they have eliminated iTunes. I am very happy and grateful! Excellent Service.

I went in the other day with a MacBook Pro that was on its last days, and ended up leaving with a MacBook Air, but in the middle there, I received top-level communication, wise advice, and great service from one of their team (Andrew N.). I went back the following day for additional help on the software front. I have very occasionally gone elsewhere for my Apple needs, but every time I regret not going straight to Simply Computing: they are the long-standing best in Vancouver. If you are looking for tailored and specific communication on what is going on for you with your computer, and if you want a foundation of trust to build a good solution and path forward, you need look no further. Simply Computing is it. Thank you so much!!

The experience working with Simply Computing was super positive. They shared with me what to expect (i.e. turnaround in 5-7 business days or I could pay to expedite the service) and were done a bit sooner than that. They updated me with progress/status along the way which was greatly appreciated. They quickly attended to me when I came to pick up the computer. I think it is working better than before!
