Brought it back and Puneet changed the battery for another new one and now it's back to working like new. They stand behind their repair guarantee, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for phone repair done professionally

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place. Two weeks after buying and waiting for the Pixel 6 pro (sunny) for a month, I somehow managed to destroy my back panel. In a pinch without second thinking, I called here to see if I could get it replaced. Not only did they wait for us to make it there, just before closing time, they took my phone, info, everything and actually had the right cover for me.
It was ready at 1pm the next day. Tell me that isn't some incredible work that they do. Not only that, but once again I came in 4 hours late, and they were friendly the entire time.
Prices are not something you should be thinking about if you need to repair a brand new phone or a device you love. If you come in for the experience, you're going to absolutely love this place. Thanks for being my reset button. Absolute life savers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cracked the screen on my Pixel 6. Made an appointment and brought in. The guy helping me was very nice, and knowledgeable. They were able to replace the screen the same day, and it feels like new. The replacements are also covered by warranty.

The guy who helped me (sorry didn't catch his name!) was friendly and repaired my phone quickly (45 mins). Happy with the price, quality and service.
