The hair dresser gave me a present when we finally connected! and she did an absolutely wonderful job with my hair. The ladies and one gentleman were all very friendly. Great place. Great people. M	Margarette Lawson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience was THE WORST EVER. I highly recommend you NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE EVER. I had "straightening" with a "blow" product, immediately after this treatment Helen(e), the hairdresser, also died my hair and pushed me to buy two different products (shampoo and cream conditioner) to make the straightening TO last longer. I paid close to four hundred dollars for everything and the first treatment not only didn't work at all but my hair -even after few months- is totally destroyed, dry, cut, not even have two hairs with the same size in my whole head. When I called and talked to this person, to make things worse, she got upset and hang up the phone.Having charged me so much and not only not taking responsibility but DISRESPECTING ME -hanging up the phone instead of apologizing for having done two hard treatments on the same day and ruin my hair, it's totally unusual in this lovely Country.
N	Nazy kazy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sevral bad experances there. once when I went, I asked for a centameater cut and Lilian cut an inch and a half, I now have much shorter hair than before the cut. Now I have been experiencing this problem for years so I say shorter than I want, but Lilian is UN-PREDICTABLE so it always happens that I get shorter hair than I want. Overall I will not tolerate this any more and I will not be going back

I get the impression she's not confident about doing colour (at least not the kind of colour I want) and I don't need to spend time arguing about what I want done with my hair. (my hair, my money) Plus I didn't appreciate the rude comments about my skin or about looking younger or trying to be sold on products I don't need. I'm glad I found a stylist who listens to what I want.
