I made this purchase from Toronto, Ontario and Arthur Power and his team made the transaction exceptionally smooth. Phone calls, text messages and emails were quickly attended to by the staff and I felt very comfortable. Most messages were answered immediately. Arthur was always available for me and provided detailed videos for me to review. Shipping with TFX was smooth and the car arrived relatively quickly. Arthur corresponded with the shipper and ensured the pick-up went perfect. He provided photos of the pick-up. Transaction paperwork was seamless. If you're looking for a special car in Ontario or eastern Canada, I highly recommend including Lotus of Vancouver in your search. It feels like you're buying local and they are very selective with the cars they deliver. My 13 year old Lotus seems new! Highly recommended.

Thank you Chan. Delivery: Excellent Asked if the car could be picked up as early as possible, they were able to deliver the next day fully prepped and ready to go. If they have another vehicle of interest I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

This was a ne experience for me but Chan was very helpful with the photos/videos/details/delivery and negotiations. I highly recommend him. The car was as advertised and I am pleased with the transaction. My only concern was having to transfer the price of a car to a numbered company 3 degrees removed from the name of Lotus of Vancouver. It would have been much more comfortable for me if the money was actually paid to Lotus of Vancouver.

I live in the Comox Valley and my work schedule and the weather made it impossible for me to pick up the car. Arthur had it trucked right to my driveway once the snow melted. Chan, our salesman, was great to deal with over the phone and in person, he had the answers to all our questions about the car, always made us feel like we mattered, no pressure at all and he stayed an extra hour after work for my son and I to come view the car on a Saturday night. We were given ample time to test drive the car and when ready, we made a reasonable offer which was accepted right away, no non sense, no pressure and no waste of time with back and forth negotiations. We picked the car up 2 days later, it was freshly detailed and looked like new. The owner of the store, Arthur introduced himself and made us feel right at home. As Chan, Arthur was also very pleasant to deal with. Driving the car home, which was almost 2 hours away, we noticed a minor vibration in the front, we contacted Chan who without hesitating let us take it to the shop of our choice and covered the total cost of repairs. (Tire balancing issue) We were amazed at this after sale customer service, we expected to have issues trying to get Lotus to pay the shop invoice but had none whatsoever! Having purchased several vehicles over the last 30 years, I can honestly say that Lotus of Vancouver has been my best purchase experience of them all. Thumbs up Arthur and Chan and thank you again.
