This is a late review but the Tesla team helped us deserved a shout out. We took our standard range M3 in earlier August. It is the best car we have ever driven even comparing to the RX hybrid. The whole personal interaction from ordering process to taking delivery was great. The staff were friendly and professional. Special thank to Vladimir Bello. He was so detail and helpful to us with the ordering and financing process. We got assisted with the vehicle walk through showing us phone-key set up and some basic functions at the delivery which was very helpful even I have watched them on YouTube before coming. Our kids love the car. They even got their own 2 diecast M3 cars as surprise gifts at the end of the delivery. Who says we can't get a deal when buying a Tesla. We bought one M3 and got 2 extra. It's just one runs on electric while the other 2 we have to physically push them.

I wish I could do Zero stars. It’s very tough for me to write this review as I never would go beyond simply voicing my concern directly to the concerned individual. However, I have been pushed to a corner where I stand without a choice but to publicly speak out my frustrations. I placed my order for a Model 3 in August 2021 with Vlad at this location. Following my advice three other friends placed their orders as well in September and October. Vlad walked us through the order processes at the location and confirmed all is well. My Eta was between Dec to Jan 2022. In November I called into the location for an update on ETA and was told my order was never submitted. I left several messages with Vlad who never responded. I was told by the customer service rep not to worry and my order shall be expedited as it’s apparently an error from Tesla’s end. My new ETA was March to April. In the meantime I called at least 30 times with multiple requests to speak to the Store Leader. After making some noise a gentleman called Charlie called me with promise that he shall call back next day as he is heading out for the day. Two weeks passed and I tracked him down where he promised now the new ETA is May 2022 and he will work on getting my order in even earlier. He also promised he will keep me posted on weekly basis. On Monday May 2nd, month after our correspondence I contacted him asking for my vehicle and he said new ETA is July - August and nothing can be done about it. I refused to take this answer and requested for Tesla’s complaint process or to speak with the Store Leader so I can voice my concern. I received Silence as an answer. I would like Tesla’s senior management to read this and determine why such a breakdown in service. When I purchase something of $1 value at Dollarama I receive better service than my $60k purchase. Moreover I fail to understand how my other three friends received their orders 4 months ago and are enjoying their vehicles where mine is being delayed month after month. I do NOT recommend this location.

Vic gave me the best service while I dropped off my 2022 model y for service. He was very professional and detail oriented, noted down all my concerns and made sure everything was documented so the tech knows exactly what to look for, communicated with me thru out the service and kept me in the loop the entire time . Two thumbs up ? very impressed with the level of excellence

My family and I had a great experience purchasing our Tesla at this location with Kevin. He was very patient with my family and very knowledgable about the car. He was great at communication and answered all the questions and concerns we had efficiently. The service from Kevin was very good and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I almost never make reviews for places but I felt like I needed to in this case. I honestly have never had such a good experience dealing with a vehicle service than I have with these guys. Everything was extremely smooth and easy to deal with. I was initially skeptical as Tesla gets a bad rap for their general service but I was blown away by how I was treated. If you're looking to buy a Tesla, have one serviced, or take one out for a test drive; these are the guys I'd recommend.

Took in my vehicle for my first service with Tesla with a squeaky driver seat issue. The professional staff here were knowledgeable and great to deal with. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and resolve it effectively. I was able to get my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. Overall a very good service experience with this service location. Highly recommended!

Went to this dealer for my test drive for both the 3 and Y. Kevin Kok helped me and was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I decided to keep in touch with Kevin and he was my SA from the beginning to end. He was attentive, answered all my questions throughout and also called me to explain details rather than email. It was comforting having a direct contact at Tesla especially after reading some of the horror stories on delivery delays. He also helped me secure a Tesla 3 Performance in Saskatoon and had it brought over so instead of waiting 2-3 months, I was able to get the vehicle in less than 2 weeks! A special surprise were little Toy Tesla model cars for my kids! I couldn't be happier with him and would recommend people to reach out to Kevin at this location. You will not be sorry!
