β β β β β My Cayenne GTS had the dreaded coolant leak behind the intake manifold. It took the Porsche dealer a month to diagnose, and they quoted over 5k to fix it by replacing it with the same part that would most likely eventually fail again the same way. I decided to call Weissach for a second quote. Chad knew exactly what the problem was and explained how they fix it properly so that it can't happen again without having to pull the engine. He quoted me less than 1/3 of what the dealer quoted. Completed the repair and an annual service in under a day. And came in under quote as the intake manifold was already off which resulted in a bit less labor. Extremely impressed with the service received.

β β β β β I have always received excellent service at Weissach, no matter what sort of work they are doing. Recently I was there for a simple winter tire swap and my car was particularly dirty. I would have been totally fine with them leaving it as is, but instead they gave it a full clean inside and out at no extra cost!

Mike Jones (sales manager), Chad (service director), Asgar (President) and Eric (service associate) were a total pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cars. β β β β β Bought my 911 and my Taycan form Mike Jones and he is the best salesperson I have ever met anti was a pleasure to buy two vehicles from him.
I only meant to buy one car be he is that good that he sold me two! Be prepared to drop some coin when sitting at his desk! He will get you into the car of your dreams and it is fun to watch him work for you! Not so much fun when he takes all your money, but two Porches in the driveway is so worth it!

β β β β β I was looking for a F-Type and I had been in contact with several dealerships. When I first saw this dealership had one, I looked at their ratings on Google and at first thought they were fake ratings because of how people were writing them.
Then I asked for Carfax on a 60k car (which is peanuts to them as they sell cars for hundreds of thousands of dollars). The treatment I received from them felt like I was buying an exotic car. Mike Jones (sales) got back to me on all my email requests promptly and Jeanie Chan (finance manager) was also quick on her replies. Other dealerships left money on the table as I went with who seemed to care about the sale.
When I met Mike and Jeanie in person they were awesome to deal with and I am very happy I purchased my vehicle here.
Moral of the story: these ratings aren't fake, these people were AWESOME. Plus, when you test drive a car, they are 5 minutes from the beach which definitely helps them close a sale ?.

Jeanie (finance) was very thorough and Chad (service director) took as much time as we needed to help us understand the service history/schedule and confidence they have in the vehicle, which is just what you need when buying your first Porsche. Asgar (President) was a pleasure to deal with and clearly committed to a long term customer relationship. We were totally impressed with the team, the whole experience and would recommend Weissach. β β β β β Bought my Porsche 911 turbo from here and it was the most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had. From the get go the salesperson, Stan, was on top of every detail. Communicated with me exceptionally well through every step. I was blown away with all of the extras they did to make sure the car was in the best possible condition. They pride themselves with selling top notch Porsches and it showed. Even after I had put deposit on the car they found a couple of things that needed doing and took care of them at no charge. I met a few members from the team and they were all very helpful and informative. They are all about the details. I Really can't say enough good things about my experience. My 911 has not disappointed
