β β β β β For a higher end dealership dealing with Range Rovers and Bentleys, they have the worst service center in GVRD. Need more space and better environment! At least answer the phones! Not the friendliest bunch. The online booking is useless if you need a replacement vehicle.
That being said, Phil is a great service manager and makes up for most of the above short comings! Without Phil, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

β β β β β We purchased a evoque dynamic 5 year ago dealt with Phil and they knew something was wrong with thr batteries but waited until the warranty run out. The solution was just to keep topping up the battery. All the oil that need to be changed annually was never done properly. Was Charge for filter change but it was never done. All this things that was written on the invoice was never done and was notified when the car was taken to Mr lube. For the price of the vehicle that's being purchased and the type of service you get is terrible.

β β β β β I've bought two vehicles from this dealership with Robert Fan. A 2019 Discovery Sport which I eventually traded in for a 2022 Defender. Both times were pleasant experiences, from the road test to financing and delivery. I was given good financing options and the parts department is helpful with accessories. If you're looking at this dealership, ask for Robert Fan. He's very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated.

β β β β β Leased a 2020 Evoque about a year and a half ago. Kenneth was very friendly and helpful during our purchase. He gave us plenty of options to choose from, and was very open about what he can offer.
The routine services went pretty well, and when I had an emergency, the service team solved it without any hassle. However, the car itself does have some minor problems which, although not deal breakers, can be annoying sometimes.
I would give it a 4.5 overall, but unfortunately it's not possible.

β β β β β Had a really bad experience with service advisor Patrick in Dec 2021.
Took my Velar for a recall service and the car was not ready on time. We found a new scratch on the car and Partrick questioned us βSeriously?β for Twice. It sounded like he thought the scratch was too small and they didnβt care.
What happened next shocked us the most. He got into the car and moved my car into a parking spot. He backed up the car and HIT the rear bumper of the car in front of me(picture attached). I was so shocked and speechless. He then asked me to check the bumper with a rude attitude and tone. It sounded like I made a mistake, not him. Moreover, he didnβt apologize at all before I asked for one. His attitude was absolutely not acceptable.
We talked to the manager afterwards. And we were told they would get in touch with us soon. As of today, we didnβt receive any call or any messages from them.
