★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had done a lot of our own research on the F-Pace. We first tried the Langley location as it is local to us, only 2 miles away. The salesmen there, didn't have the time for us. It was unlike that at MCL. They were happy to answer our questions, sent us on our way in the vehicle we wanted for the test drive, answered more questions upon our return. Our salesman, Kirk was absolutely wonderful and down to earth. He wasn't stuffy or stuck up. He was friendly and very helpful, and most accommodating. When we picked up the car, it sparkled like a gem. It was well worth the drive to town. And I absolutely love my Jag!

Spending an afternoon in a car dealership is not usually my favourite way to spend the day but Robert was efficient. Go see Robert, and he’ll take great care of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank the staffs and managers for a smooth and relaxing purchase experience. Breakdowns are straight forward and simple. Sales manager, Mike Pham, assisted me with all of my inquiries and greeted me as I walked through the doors to take delivery of my 2020 F-Type. Eric Law from finance is already on standby to process paperwork and an Allwest insurance agent is also present right when I'm done signing. Everyone is punctual and and immediately available. Also thank you to Jarvin Ong for his proficiency in demonstrating the InControl features at delivery. It has been a flawless experience!

We had some minor issues with the vehicle but the team at Jaguar help us to the best of their ability and solved our concerns a timely matter. Robert acted as a consultant to me rather than a salesperson who just wanted my business. He took the time to show me a variety of options and was able to answer all of my technical questions accurately and timely.
Most importantly, Robert was honest and worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted for a price that I was comfortable with paying.
I would highly recommend MCL and Robert Fan to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
