I called around to a lot of dealerships for this car, but because of low inventory and supply chain issues it was extremely difficult to find. Luckily, with Dave's help the entire process felt very smooth. He was extremely helpful and professional, and made sure to give me timely updates. He was very quick with receiving/returning calls. Overall, amazing experience!

The experience of purchasing was straight forward and quick, important to note I did not feel pressured into anything which I find common in dealerships. It was the best experience I had at an auto dealership. Francis responded to my emails very quickly, accommodated my requests, and adjusted his schedule so that I could visit at my convenience. After the test drive, he gave me good suggestions and answered all my questions. I left the dealership a happy man. He followed up with me at the appropriate time, and he was very helpful throughout. Great time and good results!!

He also looked after the buy out / transfer of our Land Rover. Katie made the financing portion a breeze. When we picked up the new vehicle, Hakim showed us everything we needed to know - very professional & we felt super well taken care of. He also gave us his card and told us to reach out if we needed anything / had questions after we left. As someone who works in a client service role, I’m very impressed with everyone who helped us make the move easy & hassle free.

Was offered and served hot tea upon arrival, everyone was very friendly, the dealership was clean and looked nice. We absolutely LOVED Charles, he was professional, knowledgable and hilarious. Austin was able to get creative in finding a car for me for a few months while I wait for my Etron to arrive. The whole experience was great! I live in Langley and it was DEFINITELY worth the trip to Downtown.

And that goes for everyone that works there - their Sales Managers, Finance Department, and Customer Support. I spoke with representatives from all the Audi locations in the Greater Vancouver area (Boundary, Richmond, Langley) when I was looking for my Audi Q3, but I decided to buy from the Downtown Vancouver location since they offered me the best deal, were the most transparent, and most knowledgeable about their vehicles. Brian, the loyalty brand manager was very patient and honest with me during my car buying journey. He helped me find a vehicle that had everything that I wanted and was within my budget. We contacted each other back and forth for over a month before I decided to purchase. He even offered to come into the dealership on his days off if I needed to come see the vehicle. I would highly recommend going to Brian if you decide to buy from here. Austin sent me different options to look at (even before they would hit the website) and helped me get the best deal possible. John from Customer Support contacted me AFTER the purchase of my vehicle to go over any questions I had about the vehicle. It’s nice to get this level of service, topped off with a fantastic deal (after the crazy car market we’ve been having this year). Didn’t think it would be possible this year, but these guys worked extra hard to get me what I needed. Will definitely be buying again from here in the future.
