Five Stars for these guys! We do glass & trim work for MCL on a regular basis and they always go the extra mile to service their customers. Kris, Anthony and Kyle in the parts department are knowledgeable and prompt at providing the parts we need to get the job done. Definitely recommend them!

Terrible service. Don't expect them to return your call. I actually had to drive from Richmond to Vancouver to make an appointment to have our flying spur serviced. Mechanics using the same area as waiting customers is not nice. This facility is just low budget. We also have a range rover and jaguar. We go to their facility at the Richmond auto mall and WOW. What a difference in service. We'll definitely be going to a different facility to service our Bentley. Consider yourself advised.

I was recently here at Bentley Vancouver taking photos of cars in the showroom where I was kindly greeted by Mark Cheema. He was very friendly and enjoyed interacting with visitors and guests. He asked if I had any questions about Bentley’s and even suggested me to check out the new Continental GT. Mark even offered to unlock cars that were locked for me to check them out. It is a great car and great service. My experience was not great about the my first Bentley 8 years ago I was not satisfied. My last Bentley what I am dealing with I am super happy, they developed to service a lot. Few weeks ago I asked my missing invoices Sunday night I sent a short quick ema and asked the copy of the invoice from the service what my accountant asked for, Monday morning when I checked my emails I saw service manager sent me the invoice very early in the morning. I was planning to call them and explain etc and I did not need to do that. Also their sales department is super friendly it is 5 stars car with 5 stars dealer. I am happy with my car and company.

For Bentley Vancouver. The service department is awful. Unprofessional and irresponsible for Bentley customers! My car is Bentley Bentayga, first time I found them was because there’s a big noise and vibration when I push engine to around 1100 Rpm also when I switch gear from Drive to Reverse, and it happens randomly, Spiros told me he will check, after I back to Bentley, he gave me a $1400 bill said the noise caused by too much carbon in the engine, so he did Engine decarburization. After few days the noise and vibration came back again, keeps annoying me. Second time I meet him is passenger side front has a very big noise and vibration while driving. I asked Spiros to inspect the car. After the inspection, he told me he don’t know where is it coming from and told me I need to change all my brakes (estimate around $7-8000) because he think the brake cause the noise and vibration. I don’t trust him because I just put those new brakes(pads&rotors) on my Bentayga. So I left Bentley Vancouver, Recently, I realize that the noise problem is getting worse, so I asked Bentley if I can purchase the extended warranty to get noise problem solved, the front desk said yes but I need to do a inspection prior, so I sent my Bentayga to Bentley and meet Spiros again. After three hours inspection, he told me that I need to change two engine mounts because leaking, all the noise and vibration I had was from engine mounts, each one will cost $3600 plus labor to replace. That’s what I learned from Bentley Vancouver, they will never pay attention to your car when your car is under warranty unless you need a warranty extend, they’ll just fool you and ask you to do more inspection, change other good parts, well done Bentley Vancouver! There’s another problem, when I swap all season tire to winter tire at my friend’s shop, they showed me Bentley put one of the tire reversed to its rotation direction! For all my experiences in Bentley service, all I have is only unprofessional and cheating. Spiros could find the problem at the first time I meet him when I have warranty but he didn’t until I need factory warranty extend for my car, he checked my car very careful just afraid to miss any of problem. They even left a huge engine part in my trunk when they return the car to me, I found it because the tailgate couldn’t close when I going leave, best service ever? The reason why I keep this bentayga so long is because the Sound quality, I had Naim Sound on my car, it sounds very good, but the reliability of the service department really disappointed me, they never help, the only thing they want is charge me more $. This will be my last Bentley forever and I am sure will tell every friends how unreliable is the brand. Go for Lamborghini, Ferrari or rolls Royce or Mercedes, they do better job and you won’t lose that much money while you selling them compare with Bentley, don’t waste your money in Bentley. The service experience will makes you mad and exhausted. Worst brand in all luxury brands.
