Horrible experience, rude and arrogant management team, they actually made a false insurance claim on my behalf. My car was taken to MCL motors for an issue that was later reported as a water pump problem. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and after I received the car, I noticed an extra charge related to a damage to one of the rims. I knew there was absolutely no damage on my rim so I asked for proof. The MCL employee told me that he found the scratch on the rim when he did the walk-around inspection when my car arrived at their location and he took pictures with the company iPad. I asked to see the photo and after many follow-ups, they finally sent me a photo that clearly didn't belong to my car. I confronted them and he simply texted me back saying he doesn't work at the company anymore and stopped responding to me. I kept following up with MCL regarding this issue and the management team refused to provide any clear explanations on how and why the false claim was made. I followed up with the insurance company directly and finally discovered that they submitted a false claim. As a result of this false claim, the insurance company has now started a new procedure to call and double-check the details of the claim with each client before finalizing any claim made by this dealership. At last, the MCL dealership responded to one of my emails, informing me that they have "fixed" the claim. I asked for the proof ( a new service receipt of service ) and they refused to provide me with a new invoice to show that the false claim has been removed. I strongly believe that MCL has violated its implied duty of good faith and fair dealing in our contract.

They fixed my Rovers' problems on a timely manner. Hassle free. Would definitely considering getting another car here again. Cyrus service was outstanding.

Fantastic experience! Mike Pham the sales manager took the time to make me feel so comfortable and addressed all my vehicle needs / wants! He even brought a vehicle to my workplace to test drive, as I had a very busy schedule. Robert in sales made me feel like family and Bo in the Finance dept was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I LOVE my new Range Rover and I will send ALL my friends and family to MCL! Thank you !!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank the staffs and managers for a smooth and relaxing purchase experience. Breakdowns are straight forward and simple. Sales manager, Mike Pham, assisted me with all of my inquiries and greeted me as I walked through the doors to take delivery of my 2020 F-Type. Eric Law from finance is already on standby to process paperwork and an Allwest insurance agent is also present right when I'm done signing. Everyone is punctual and and immediately available. Also thank you to Jarvin Ong for his proficiency in demonstrating the InControl features at delivery. It has been a flawless experience!

This was my experience with MCL Motors/Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver 1730 Burrard St, Vancouver and it wasn’t very good. I brought my vehicle in November 2020 on an ICBC claim for a new front suspension and new front tire after I hit a curb. It took them 3 + weeks to look at my vehicle and assess the damage due to Covid they said (even though the service the department is open 6 days a week with no limited hours) I would call once or twice a week to try and get and get an update on my vehicle with lots of non-returned calls! When the person responsible for my vehicle would call me back... there would be various excuses on why it is taking so long. Fed up and preparing to leave town I called Dec 23 right before Christmas trying to get an answer and the gentleman said he had wrote my phone number down wrong and couldn’t get a hold of me to discuss my vehicle hence the delay. Even though he had called me before on the same number!? They then started to repair the vehicle. At this point, they had my car for over a month! 2 months later after returning home to Vancouver I was told my vehicle was ready and to come and pick it up. I show up at the dealership after giving them 48hrs notice of me coming in and they greeted me by saying they had found another issue with one of my tires that morning. The back right tire had "developed a bulge” the gentleman apologized and said they most likely missed it during the initial assessment or it got damaged while in storage. Either way I would be on the hook financially to fix it. What really upset me was at this point they had my car for 3 months at this point and elected to just now tell me. The icing on the cake was they didn’t even do a basic clean on my car that most dealerships do and my car was dirty when I left. Not very professional at all! I want to point out the lady who worked at the service desk was very nice and I do understand the struggles with the Covid pandemic but this is just really bad service overall. I’m still contemplating if this action is worth reporting to the Better Business Bureau of Canada or not?

worst dealership ever. they are liars and never on time. constantly wasting time and treat people so disrespectfully. girls at the front at service are super rude and have terrible customer service skills. was supposed to have a first maintenance complimentary and they gave me bs when i did and told me i had to pay. spend this much $$ on a car somewhere else, anywhere but here. no respect for anyones time or for how they speak to you. wish i could leave one star.

Just purchased a used F-Pace from MCL yesterday, this is my third car and the also the third dealership that I have dealt with, I have to say they have the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Even though I wasn't going to spend 100k on a brand new Jaguar or Land Rover they still treated me like I was. Originaly I was going to purchase a Evoque Autobiography from them but after inspection they found out that there is a problem with the car right before I was going to pick it up and they were honest enough to inform me that and refund me the deposit, the fact that they were so honest I was willing to pick another used car from them. I ended up choosing an F-Pace, although it was used with cosmetic wear and tears like any used cars, they were generous enough to fix any cosmetic damages I pointed out and even give me brand new brakes for free, I feel like they really treat me with respect and I would strongly recommend anybody that wants to buy JLR or other used cars from them, thank you Kenneth and Debbie.
