I bought a Mini countryman in this store. It is a great experience for me. Jamie is the best sales who I've never meet before. He explains everything about the vehicle perfectly. I got the cheapest price for a brand new countryman that I can't get in any other Mini sales center. Jamie is a nice guy. After the final sale. He bought a gift for my 6 years old daughter from his own pocket.

Great Experience Went to test drive a Mini Clubman because we have thought of buying a pre-owned one as a second vehicle. Everything about this dealer is top notch. The showroom, inventory and especially the sales reps were; friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. We dealt directly with Albert and were treated with the upmost professionalism. We came in for a test drive and ended up buying. We also plan to use the BMW store for service based on our experience. A big shout out to Albert for your advice, patience and sense of humor. Cheers! Sinh and Stuart

I own a 2015 mini cooper. I bought it in Victoria from the dealer ship and have had it serviced yearly either in Vancouver or Langley. On the weekend my car said drive train malfunction and would not start. It was towed to Mini Vancouver. I was contacted by Parisa. I was never asked about the history of my car and was never offered a service car. Later, because I had a weird feeling I asked about what information they had on my car and I found out that they didn’t have any of my service records from Mini Langley. Parisa contacted me via text continuously after I repeatedly asked to be called. She told me they must text to create a paper trail. This is super unprofessional . . . but it unfortunately is only the start of the problem. Parisa provided very vague descriptions of what needed to be done to my car such as β€œwe need to remove the valve cover, take the part out and inspect the inside it will be 840 dollars”. I asked to talk to the technicians, and she said no that they are too expensive to be talking to me. I called Mini Langley and asked why my experience in Vancouver has been so problematic they told to ask for a new service advisor and report it to her manager and in the meantime, to ask to talk to the shop foremen who would be able to provide more details about the car. I called Parisa and asked for her managers number and she was resistant to give me her managers number. When she called me back with the number she argued with me again telling me that I didn’t need to talk to anyone else as they would not say anything different. I told her I spoke to Langley and would like to talk to the shop formen. I phoned Brad the service manager on two separate days and then asked for him in person on the third day and he was not available. I told Parisa to assign me a new service advisor multiple times and to not touch my car until this had been done. She calls me back and does not connect me with a technician or a shop foremen. I then get a text from Parisa with pictures saying to talk to my dad and that my car is fixed. When I go to get my car Parisa is not available and no one explains to me what even happened to my car (My only option is to talk to my dad . . ?). I then get inside my car and the side panel is not even attached and as I drove away, I had an error message about driving stabilization. I have never had such a bad experience. I would not recommend the service here. 1. The advisor did not have proper communication skills 2. The service manager is not available. Also, when I asked to talk to the service managers boss I was told he was on vacation for "months" 3. The service job was not thoroughly completed.

I love the attention to detail and high level of customer service I get whenever I come in, especially from Brent Lee. He's always so pleasant and upbeat. He lets me know immediately if there are any changes to the scheduling. He makes it PAINLESS to come in for service! I wish every customer service representative from any organization had a Brent Lee!
