They sent two dirty shoes that looked like someone had worn. I once they said it was a mistake, so I went over. But second, they sent back dirty shoes again. I think they sent it on purpose. Be careful if you use this site outside of Canada. Even fake sites don't send such products. Look pictures below

First time here. Plenty of street parking. Walking into the store, clear signs are posted regarding wearing facemasks and customers are asked to sanitize their hands before browsing. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly knew his products. I came in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted...but was seated to some even cooler boots. So left a happy customer. If you are looking for Birkenstocks this place might have the largest selection I've personally seen.... I put on my blinders and marched straight to the exit. Will definately be back.

What a lovely store. Air conditioning was nice. Free parking in the back. Prompt service. Clean, large store with a fair bit of selection. I needed a size 14 shoe and they had a few to choose from. The price was fine. Under $200 for a pair a New Balance. I was helped by Jas who was polite and professional. I strongly recommend this store if you are looking for a pair of decent runners.

I was looking for a pair of running shoes of a particular brand called "on". When I googled the only place that came up on top in Vancouver was "The RIGHT Shoe". This is a large store on 4th avenue with two rooms. They sell running shoes, sandals, shoes and boots in one room and birkenstocks in the other room. The store had the running shoes but not in my size. So they ordered one for me and called a me in a couple of week's time. And I got my shoes. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I was happy with the service I got.

I don't usually write a review unless the business is either very good or very bad. This case, I absolutely loved the experience shopping at this lovely store. I went in after reading reviews prior to my visit. I read Adanna is super helpful and knowledgeable. I called Adanna to make sure she helps me when I visit. I told her what kind of shoes I am looking for. Upon arrival, she already had recommendations for me. She spent more than an hour going through about 8 pairs of shoes. She even asked me to walk back and forth in the store to observe the way I'm walking with different shoes. At the end of the shopping session, I was happy not only because I walked out with a comfortable pair of shoes, but also knowing that there is finally a shoe store where I can always go and buy a pair of shoes that will fit me comfortably. I highly recommend this store.

My daughter just found 2 pairs of the Hoka shoes, one pair that is specifically designed as non slip for work, and a pair of slides. Best selection for Hoka, and amazing kind service!

Edit: During the marathon, both of my feet developed blisters. My left foot also developed Runner's Toe. It started happening during the half way point. The shoes allowed me to complete the marathon which is nice, but I suppose I probably could have chosen a size 10 rather than a 9.5 for next time to prevent that toe injury. I also noticed that the upper portion of my shoe were too tight when originally purchased, so I had to loosen them up. It's a great shoe. Definitely a premium feeling. Would have made some very slight accommodations to it. I talked to this employee named Sanjay, and he answered all of my questions. He's a great guy. Should get promoted! Made my day. Cheers ------ Daniel helped me out a lot. Very friendly person and knowledgeable. I don't know much about shoes, and he took his time with me. I'm training for the Vancouver BMO Marathon, and I got myself these Hoka Carbon X2s. I heard they're like the best seller for long distance running, specifically for this marathon. Would come here again. They have a 30 day "return policy". You can't return them if they have been used. How can you try them out? Little nitpick but everything else is good. They don't have compression clothing for runners I believe.
