However, after spending one hour playing at the park, my child's bottom was wet. When I inquired about a refund, the manager said I need to deal with the manufacturer. I think this is poor customer service. I understand they are a small company, however, I was convinced to buy this very expensive suit that doesn't work. I can't recommend purchasing anything from this store.

They let me bring the rain coat out into the hallway to try on my daughter as she was having a melt down in the store. The staff member even came out to check how the jacket fit. I appreciate the patience and how accommodating the staff were. Definitely recommend!!

Josafina was super helpful and was such a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely kind and thoughful and replaced our sons muddy buddy with no hesitation. Highly recommend this wonderful store and great staff.

Couldn't imagine that brands like BOGS, Micheal Kors, Kenneth Cole, Merrell, Spyder, Hatley, North Face, Columbia, Ecco, Umi, Hunter all are on heavy discount! I love this store!!! I even found some styles in my size and ended up buying 2 pairs for myself ;) Go nowwwWW!
