She was kind and patient, completely unbothered by going up and down stairs many times to provide me with yet another pair to try. They were also excellent in their pandemic safety protocols. I highly recommend this Kintec location.

He recommended a lot of good options and methods for pain relief on top of the custom orthotics I ordered. Evelyn helped me out with getting a 3D scan of my feet to get my true shoe size which I've always had trouble finding due to my wide feet. She did such an excellent job with her shoe recommendations that I bought one of them right away. Both of them are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so well. They taught me what to look for when finding shoes that will be best for me.They provided amazing customer service and made me very comfortable. Definitely a great place to buy custom orthotics and shoes!

Kintec was great though, Evelyn took the time to analyze my walk and specific foot details. It was really cool to learn so much about my own feet! She identified my particular needs and found a selection of shoes that would fit with my foot problems and lifestyle. It was such a relief to have someone knowledgable to guide me to what I needed, and I’m enjoying my new shoes! Thank you Evelyn!!

Calvin was very patient and methodical and we narrowed it down to a few pairs and he was attentive and gave good insight into the products. I am really happy with the purchase I made. I also got a discount because I am an orthotics client.

Cody was beyond helpful and was able to run a foot scan and give me some great tips about buying shoes. He checked the way I am walking on the treadmill to see why am I experiencing some pain in my feet. Highly recommended very knowledgeable staff.

He gave me suitable options according to my footwear needs! My past experiences buying shoes at other shoe stores were not comfortable as shoes would fit but still feel tight or not right despite getting what I thought was the "correct size". Ryan helped me find options that accommodated the fit beyond the shoe size and I'm so happy to feel the relief immediately upon trying on the shoes.
